Fiction: “You can get a balanced diet with similar nutrients from vegan sources.”
Fact: Bullshit. I can think of TWO sources of vegetable protein that actually contain all the essential amino acids and not many people are going to eat the three or four pounds a day of Quinoa to get an optimal amount. Flax vs. Fish Oil? Fuck off, to convert enough ALA to EPA/DHA for that to work, you’d have a linseed-diarrhea marathon every fucking night. And DO NOT fucking gloss over the myriad allergies associated with the staple vegan foods.
Fiction: “Vegans are interested in civilized debate and conversation in order to tell their side of the story.”
Fact: Vegans are self entitled wanna-be-martyrs who rarely do their own research or fact checking.
Fiction: “Flesh is for zombies.”
Fact: Flesh is for animals that evolved to eat it. Like us.
